Luke And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them, for that is delivered unto me, and to whomsoever I will, I give it :
If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Luke And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee.
Mat. Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee.
Mar. Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee.
Mar. Preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
Mar. and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Luke And there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
. Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galileans received him,
Having seen all the things which he did at Jerusalem, for they also went unto the feast.

Sect. 25. Jesus settles at Capernaum.
Mat. And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephtalim: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephtalim, by the way of the sea beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles: The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and sha dow of death, light is sprung up.
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Luke And came down to Capernaum, a city of Ga lilee,
And taught them on the Sabbath-days. Luke And they were astonished at his doctrine; for his word was with power.
Mat. And Jesus walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren,

Mar. And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw

Mar. And straightway on the Sabbath-day he entered into

Mar. And there was in the synagogue a man with an unclean spirit.
433 Luke And in the synagogue there was a man which had a spirit of an unclean devil.

Luke For with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits,
And they come out.
Mar. For with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits,
And they do obey him.

38 Luke And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house :
And Simon's wife's mother was taken with 3 great fever;
And they besought him for her.
He saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever, Mar. And forthwith when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever,
Mar. And he came and took her by the hand, and lift her up;
And immediately the fever left her, and she mi, nistered unto them.
39 Luke And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever,
Mat. And he touched her hand,
And the fever left her; and she arose and mi nistered unto them.
Mat. When the even was come, they brought unto him Many that were possessed with devils. 40 Luke Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases,
Brought them unto him.
Mar. And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him
All that were diseased, and them that were pos sessed with devils.
Mar. And all the city was gathered together at the door.
And suffered not the devils to speak, be-

4 40 Luke And he laid his hands on every one of them, and
And devils also came out of many, crying out,

Mat. That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and pare our sicknesses.
Mar. And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, He went out and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
42 Luke And when it was day,
He departed and went into a desert place.
Luke And the people sought him, and came unto him, And stayed him, that he should not depart from them.
Mar. And Simon, and they that were with him, followed after him:
And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.
Mar. And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns hat I may preach there also:
For therefore came I forth.
43 Luke And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also:
For therefore am I sent.
44 Luke And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.
And cast out devils.
Sect.30. Fishes are caught by miracle. The third tour through Galilee, in which another leper is cured. 1 Luke And it came to pass, that as the people pressed upon 101 him, &c. to verse 11.
12 Luke And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, Luke Behold a man full of leprosy; who seeing Jesus, fell ɔn his face, and besought him,
Saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean!
Mar. And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him,
And saying unto him; If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
Mar. And Jesus moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him.
And saith unto him, I will, be thou clean. 13 Luke And he put forth his hand, and touched him, Saying, I will, be thou clean.
And immediately, the leprosy departed from him. Mar. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him,
And he was cleansed.
