Sect. 25. Jesus settles at Capernaum.

Mat. And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephtalim: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephtalim, by the way of the sea beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles: The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and sha dow of death, light is sprung up.

From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Luke For with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits,

And they besought him for her.

He saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever,

nagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and
Andrew, with James and John.

But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever,
And anon they tell him of her.
Mar. And he came and took her by the hand, and lift her
up;

And immediately the fever left her, and she mi,
nistered unto them.

39 Luke And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever, And it left her. And immediately she arose and ministered unto them.

Mat. And he touched her hand,

And the fever left her; and she arose and mi nistered unto them.

Many that were possessed with devils.

40 Luke Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any
sick with divers diseases,

Brought them unto him.

Mar. And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him

All that were diseased, and them that were pos sessed with devils.

Mar. And all the city was gathered together at the door.

Mar. And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases,
And cast out many devils;

And suffered not the devils to speak, be-
cause they knew him.

And cast out devils.

Sect.30. Fishes are caught by miracle. The third tour through Galilee, in which another leper is cured.

12 Luke And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, Luke Behold a man full of leprosy; who seeing Jesus, fell ɔn his face, and besought him,

Saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean!

Mar. And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him,

And saying unto him; If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

Mar. And Jesus moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him.

And saith unto him, I will, be thou clean. 13 Luke And he put forth his hand, and touched him,

Saying, I will, be thou clean.

And immediately, the leprosy departed from him. Mar: And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him,

And he was cleansed.
