commercial, and trading interests of Ireland
are not sufficiently represented in Parliament,
and it is not expedient that its borough re-
presentation should continue lessened by the
disfranchisement of Cashel and Sligo, it is
the opinion of this House that Her Majesty's
Government should forthwith introduce and
promote a Bill to authorize and empower the
several towns of the county of Tipperary to
elect and return one Member, and the several
towns of the county of Sligo, in conjunction
with the seaport towns of Ballina and West-
port, to elect and return one other Member
