Miers, discussing a section of the genus Hyastenus, White, with H. seba, White, for its type, says: Pisa fascicularis, Krauss, from Natal, may be referable here, but the orbits are shown in the figure as entire above." Pisa is a synonym of Blastus, Leach, and Hyastenus of Halimus, Latreille.
