Sect. 5. An Examination of the Third Branch of this Scheme; viz. That, Cain being difinberited, Adam was fucceeded, according to Divine Appointment, in this Univerfal Abfolute Monarchy, by Seth; and fo, fucceffively, by the Eldeft of his Branch, down to the Floud. P. 35.

Here it is proved,

1. That the Words of God to Cain, Gen. 4. 7. con tain nothing in them of a Succeffion, by Primogeniture, to Adam's Univerfal Abfolute Monarchy over all the rest of Mankind. p. 36, to p. 38. 2.
