A Prayer for the Light of God's Countenance.

Sathe (a) HART after the Water-Brooks, fo panteth my Soul after thee, O God. My Soul thirfteth for God, for the living God. My Tears are my Meat Day and Night, while they fay, where is thy God? O God, b thou art my God, early will I feek thee: my (b) Soul thirfteth for thee, my Flefh longeth for thee in a dry and (c) thirfty Land where no Water is, that I may fee thy Power and thy Glory, (d) fo as I have feen thee in the Sanctuary. (e) Becaufe thy loving Kindnefs is better than Life, my Lips fhall praife thee.
