20 Well; because of Unbelief they were broken off, and thou standEST BY FAITH. Be not HIGH-MINDED, but FEAR.
21 For if God fpared not the natural Branches, take heed left he also spare not thee.
22 Behold therefore the Goodness, and SEVERITY of God: on them which FELL, SEVERITY; but towards thee, GOODNESS, if thou CONTINUE in his Goodness : otherwise thou also fhalt be CUT OFF.
23 And they also, if they bide not still in Unbelief, shall be graffed in : for God is able to graff them in again.
25 For I would not, Brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this Mystery (left ye should be wise in your own Conceits) that Blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the Fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Ifrael shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the DeLIVERER, and shall turn away Ungodliness from Jacob.
27 For this is my Covenant unto them, when I shall take away their Sins.
33 O the Depth of the Riches both of the WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE of God : how UNSEARCHABLE are his JUDGMENTS, and his Ways past finding out!
34 For who hath known the Mind of the LORD, or WHO hath been his COUNSELLER?
35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
36 For of him, and through him, and to him are all Things : to whom be GLORY for EVER. Amen.
JUDE. Ver. 3 RELOVED, when I gave all Diligence to write
D unto you of the common Salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly CONTEND for the FAITH which was once delivered unto the Saints.
4 For there are certain Men crept in unawares, who, were before of old ordained to this Condemnation, ungodly Men, turning the Grace of our God into LasciviousNESS, and DENYING the ONLY LORD God, and our LORD Jesus CHRIST.
5 I will therefore put you in Remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord having saved the
an? For if the
People out of the Land of Egypt, afterward DESTROYED them that BELIEVED NOT.
6 And the Angels which kept not their first Estate, but left their own Habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting Chains under Darkness, unto the JUDGMENT of the GREAT Day.
He B. II. Ver. 1 THEREFORE we ought to give the more EAR
1 NEST HEED to the Things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slIP.
2 For if the WORD spoken by ANGELS was STEDFAST, and every TRANSGRESSION and Disobedience received a just Recompence of Reward.
3 How shall we ESCAPE if we NEGLECT so great SALVATION, which at the first began to be spoken by the LORD, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him.
4 God also bearing them witness, both with Signs and Wonders, and with divers MIRACLES, and Gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own Will.
He B. III. Ver. 5 M OSES was FAITHFUL in all his House as a
M Servant, for a Testimony of those Things which were to be spoken after;
6 But CHRIST as a Son over his own House : whose House are we, if we hold fast the CONFIDENCE, and the REJOYCING of the Hope Firm unto the END.
7 Wherefore as the Holy Ghost faith, To-day if ye will hear his Voice,
8 HARDEN NOT your HEARTS, as in the Provocation, in the Day of Temptation in the Wilderness :
9 When your Fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my Works forty Years.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that Generation, and faid, They do alway err in their Heart; and they have not known my Ways.
u So I sware in my Wrath, They shall not enter into my Reft.
12 Take heed, Brethren, left there be in any of you an EVIL Heart of UNBELIEF in DEPARTING from the LiVING GOD.
13 But exhort one another daily while it is called, To
day ; left any of you be HARDNED through the DeceITFULNESS of Sin.'
14. For we are made PARTÁKERS of Christ, if we HOLD the Beginning of our CONFIDENCE STEDFAST unto the END;
15 While it is said, To-day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your Hearts, as in the Provocation.
16 For some when they had heard, did provoke : howbeit, not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
17 But with whom was he grieved forty Years? was it not with them that had finned, whose Carcases fell in the · Wilderness.
18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his Rest, but to them that BELIEVED NOT.
19 So we see that they could not enter in, because of UNBELIEF,

5 On this fide Jordan, in the Land of Moab, began Moses to declare this Law, saying,
6 The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this Mount:
7 Turn you, and take your Joumey, and go to the Mount of the Amorites, and by the Sea-side, to the Land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great River the River Euphrates.
8 Behold, I have set the Land before you : go in and POSSESS the Land which the LORD sware unto your Fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them, and to their Seed after them.
9 And I spake unto you at that Time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone :
10 The LORD your God hath multiplied you, and be hold you are this Day as the STARS of HEAVEN for MULTITUDE.
11 (The LORD God of your Fathers make you a thousand times fo many more as ye ate, and BLESS you as he hath PROMISED you)
12 How can I myself alone bear your Cumbrance, and your Burden, and your Strife?
13 Take ye Wise Men and understanding, and known among your Tribes, and I will make them Rulers over you.
14 And ye answered me, and said, The Thing which thou haft spoken is good for us to do.
15 So I took the chief of your Tribes, wise Men and known, and made them Heads over you, Captains over thousands, and Captains over hundreds, and Captains over fifties, and Captains over tens, and Officers among your Tribes.
16 And I charged your Judges at that Time, saying, Hear the Causes between your Brethren, and JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY between every Man and his Brother, and the Stranger that is with him. a Ye shall not respect * Prov. xxiv. 23 It is not good to
