8 And Mofes made hafte, and bowed his Head toward the Earth, and worshipped.

9 And he faid, If now I have found Grace in thy Sight, O LORD, let my LORD, I pray thee, go amongft us (for it is a ftiff-necked People) and pardon our Iniquity and our Sin, and take us for thine Inheritance.

10 And he said, Behold, I make a Covenant : before all thy People I will do Marvels, fuch as have not been done in all the Earth, nor in any Nation and all the People amongst which thou art, hall fee the Work of the LORD for it is a terrible Thing that I will do with thee.

11 Obferve thou that which I command thee this Day: Behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebufite.

12 Take heed to thyfelf, left thou make a Covenant with the Inhabitants of the Land whither thou goeft, left it be for a Snare in the midft of thee.

13 But shall destroy ye their Altars, break their Images, and cut down their Groves.

24 For I will caft out the Nations before thee, and enlarge thy Borders: neither fhall any Man defire thy Land, when thou fhalt go up to appear before the LORD thy God, thrice in the Year.

25 Thou shalt not offer the Blood of my Sacrifice with Leaven, neither fhall the Sacrifice of the Feaft of Paflover be left unto the Morning.

26 The first of the Firft-fruits of thy Land, thou shalt bring unto the Houfe of the LORD thy GOD.

27 And the LORD faid unto Mofes, Write thou these Words for after the Tenour of these Words I have made a Covenant with thee, and with Ifrael.

28 And he was there with the LORD forty Days and forty Nights; he did neither eat Bread, nor drink Water: and he wrote upon the Tables the Words of the COVENANT, the TEN COMMANDMENTS.

And it came to pass when MOSES came down from Mount SINAI (with the two Tables of TESTIMONY in

31 And Mofes called unto them; and Aaron and all the Rulers of the Congregation returned unto him: and Mofes talked with them.

32 And afterward all the Children of Ifrael came nigh: and he gave them in Commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in Mount Sinai.

33 And till Mofes had done fpeaking with them, he put a Vail on his Face.

34 But when Mofes went in before the LORD to freak with him, he took the Vail off, until he came out. And he came out and fpake unto the Children of Ifrael, that which he was commanded.

11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is GLORIOUS.

12 Seeing then that we have fuch HOPE, we ule great Plainness of Speech.

13 And not as MOSES, which put dren of Ifrael could not stedfaftly a VAIL over his Face, that the Chillook to the End of that which is abolished.

14 But their Minds were blinded: for until this Day remaineth the fame VAIL UNTAKEN AWAY in the reading of the Old Teftament; which

19 But even unto this Day, when Moses is read, the VAIL is upon their HEART.

16 Nevertheless, when it shall turn

to the LORD, the VAIL fhall be taken away.

and where the SPIRIT of the LORD is, 17 Now the LORD is that SPIRIT: there is LIBERTY.

18 But we all with open Face, EHOLDING as in a GLASS the GLORY of the LORD, are changed into the fame Image, from GLORY to GLORY, even as by the SPIRIT of the LORD.

35 And the Children of Ifrael faw the Face of Mofes, that the Skin of Mofes's Face fhone and Mofes put the Vail upon his Face again, until he went in to fpeak with him.

CCORDING to all that the LORD commanded Mofes, fo the Children of Ifrael made

all the Work.

43 And Mofes did look upon all the Work, and behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it and Mofes bleffed them.

The Tabernacle is commanded to be reared, 9 and anointed; 13 Aaron and his Sons to be fanctified. 34 The Gloud.

according to all that the LORD commanded him, so did he.

17 And it came to pass, in the first Month, in the second Year, on the first Day of the Month, that the Tabernacle was reared up.

21 And he brought the Ark into the Tabernacle, as the LORD commanded Mofes.

22 And he put the Table in the Tent of the Congregation, upon the Side of the Tabernacle North-ward, without the Veil.

25 And he lighted the Lamps before the LORD, as the LORD commanded Mofes.

26 And he put the GOLDEN ALTAR in the Tent of the Congregation, before the Veil.

27 And he burnt sweet INCENSE thereon, as the LORD commanded Mofes.

33 And he reared up the Court round about the Tabernacle and the Altar, and fet up the Hanging of the Court-gate: fo Mofes finifhed the Work.

34 Then a CLOUD COvered the Tent of the Congregation, and the GLORY of the LORD FILLED the TABERNACLE.

Tent of the Congregation, because the CLOUD abode thereon, and the GLORY of the LORD FILLED the TABERNACLE.

36 And when the CLOUD was taken up from over the Tabernacle, the Children of Ifrael went onward in all their Journeys.

37 But if the CLOUD were not taken up, then they journeyed not, till the Day that it was taken up.

38 For the CLOUD of the LORD was upon the TABERNACLE by DAY, and FIRE was on it by NIGHT, in the Sight of all the House of Ifrael, throughout all their Journeys.
