There are almost as many ways to participate in having the world work as there are people in the world (over 6 Billion) since each of us can create our own way to participate. However, since there are things to do and organizations to support that have already begun the work, it seems useful to list some of those that exist already and to use them to align our efforts toward making this planet work for all of us. So, this book is a collection of ways to participate that have been used by the author, have been supported by the author, have shown up in the author's mailbox, or have occurred to the author in the process of life itself. The intent is to provide a place from which to get ideas of what to do for anyone who wants to do more than they are already. Most of the ideas presented in the book have a brief note about the authors involvement and/or thoughts on the idea as a way to introduce each opportunity. Let's make the planet work.
