1. O, WHEN shall I see Jesus,
And reign with him above?
And from that flowing fountain
Drink everlasting love?
When shall I be delivered
From this vain world of sın?
And with my blessed Jesus
Drink endless pleasures in?

2. But now I am a soldier;

My captain's gone before;
He's given me my orders,
And bid me not give o'er;
His faithful word has promised
A righteous crown to give;
And all his valiant soldiers
Eternal life shall have.

3. Through grace, I am determined
To conquer, though I die;
And then away to Jesus
On wings of love to fly.
Farewell to sin and sorrow-
I bid you all adieu !

And O, my friends, prove faithful,
And on your way pursue.

4. And if you meet with troubles
And trials on your way,
Then cast your cares on Jesus,
And don't forget to pray.
Gird on the heavenly armor
Of faith, and hope, and love;

Then, when the combat's ended,
He'll carry you above.

Father! all glorious,
O'er all victorious,

Come, and reign over us,
Ancient of Days!

2. Come, thou incarnate Word !
Gird on thy mighty sword;
Our prayer attend:

Come, and thy people bless,
And give thy word success;
Spirit of holiness,

On us descend!

3. Come, holy Comforter!
Thy sacred witness bear,
In this glad hour:
Thou, who almighty art,
Now rule in every heart,
And ne'er from us depart,
Spirit of power!

4. To the great One in Three,
The highest praises be,
Hence evermore !
His sovereign majesty
May we in glory see,
And to eternity

Love and adore.

6s & 4s.

Worthy the Lamb.

1. GLORY to God on high!
Let heaven and earth reply-
66 Praise ye his name!"
His love and grace adore,
Who all our sorrows bore;
And sing for evermore-
"Worthy the Lamb!"

2. Ye, who surround the throne !
Cheerfully join in one,
Praising his name:

Ye, who have felt his blood,
Sealing your peace with God!
Sound his dear name abroad,-
"Worthy the Lamb!"
