This book is a history of the people who lived on the American continent, starting around 600 B.C. and going until about 400 A.D. It teaches the same truths as the Bible, but even more clearly, because it has not gone through thousands of translations. It is a powerful and fascinating book and it is obvious that Joseph Smith did not invent it- he only had a 3rd grade education. This book had to have come from God.

Page 83 - Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Page 446 - Behold the fowls of the air, for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment?
