To the FEAR of GOD. I' Pf. xxv. 14. The fecret of the LORD is with: them that fear him, and he will fhew them his cov enant. P. xxxi. 19. As the heaven is high above the earth, fo great is his mercy towards them that fear him. Pf. cxv. 13. He will blefs them that fear the LORD, both fmall and great. Pf. cxxviii. 1. Bleffed is every one that feareth the LORD, that walketh in his ways. Pf. cxlvii. 11. The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him. Prov. xiv. 27. The fear of the LORD is a foun. tain of life, to depart from the fnare of death. Ver. 26. In the fear of the LORD is ftrong confidence, and his children shall have a a place of refuge. Prov. xvi. 6. By the fear of the LORD men depart from evil. Prov. iii. 7. Be not wife in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and départ from evil. Ver. 8. It fhall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Prov. xix. 23. The fear of the LORD tendeth to life, and he that hath it fhall abide fatisfied: he fhall not be vifited with evil. Eccl. viii. 12. It fhall be well with them that fear GOD, which fear before him. Mal. iv. 2. Unto you that fear my name, fhall the Sun of Righteoufnefs arife with healing in his wings. Luke i. 50.
