Blamelefs.

42. Blameless. Cor. i. 8. God fhall confirm you unto the End, that ye may be blameless in the Day of the Lord Jefus.

Eph. i. 4. God hath chofen us in Chrift, that we should be holy and without Blame before him in Love.

1 Theff. v. 3. The very God of Peace fanctify you wholly, and I pray God that your whole Spirit, Soul and Body be preferved blameiefs unto the Coming of our Lord Jefus Chrift.

Mercy.

43. Promifes to the Merciful. Pf, xviii. 25. With the Merciful thou wilt fhew thyfelf merciful.

xxxvii. 21. The Righteous fheweth Mercy, Ver. 26. He is ever merciful.

Prov. iii. 3. Let not Mercy and Truth forfake thee, bind them about thy Neck, write them upon the Table of thine Heart.

xi. 17. The merciful Man doth Good to his own Soul, but he that is cruel troubleth his own Flesh.

xvi. 6. By Mercy and Truth Iniquity is purged.

Compaffion and Pity.

Matt. xvii. 33. Shouldst thou not have had Compaffion on thy fellow Servant even as I had Pity on thee.

Luke x. 33. A Samaritan had Compaffion on him that fell among Thieves.

Cruelty of the Wicked.

46. Cruelty of the Wicked. Gen. xlix. 5. Inftruments of Cruelty are in their Habitations, Ver. 7.

Deut. xxxii. 33. Their Wine is the Poifon of Dragons and the cruel Venom of Afps.

Prov. xii. io. The tender Mercies of the Wicked are cruel.

Pf lxxiv. 20. Earth's dark Places are full of the Habitations of Cruelty.

Lam. iv. 3. The Daughter of my People is become cruel.

47. Forgiveness. Matt. vi. 9. After this Manner pray ye, Our Father which art in Heaven.

Revenge.

48. Revenge. Lev. xix. 18. Thou fhalt not avenge nor bear any Grudge against the Children of thy People.
