Ephes. iii. 8, 9, 10, 11. Unto me, who am the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all men see, what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known, by the church, the manifold wisdom of God, According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord. SECTION VI.

Psal. cxxxv. 4. For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure. Rom. xi. 2.

God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew, Wot ye not what the Scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel. Num. xiv. 9. Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the Land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not. Isai. i, 2, 3, 4. Hear, O heavens; and give ear, O earth; for the Lord hath spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me: The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass.bis master's crib : but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.
