Let none blafpheme that worthy Name by the which ye are called.

4 Whofoever curfeth his God, fhall bear his Sin; and he that blafphemeth the Name of the Lord fhall be put to Death.

Thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his Name in vain.

• Let not the Name of God, nor his Word, nor his Doctrine, be blafphemed.

Defpife not the Church of God; neither profane his holy Things, nor his Ordinances.

"Them that honour me, (faith the Lord) I will honour; and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

W

If he that defpifed Mofes' Law died without Mercy; of how much forer Punishment fhall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under Foot the Son of God, and hath counted the Blood of the Covenant wherewith he was fanctified, an unholy Thing, and done despite unto the Spirit of Grace?

* Whofoever fpeaketh against the Holy Ghost, it fhall not be forgiven him, neither in this World, neither in the World to come.

y Make no mention of the Names of other Gods; neither let it be heard out of thy Mouth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to any graven Image: Neither halt thou refpect that

which thy Fingers have made; nor ftretch out thy Hands to a strange God. But ye ball look every Man to his Maker; and your Eyes fhall have respect to the Holy One of Ifrael.

Ye fhall destroy all the Pictures of other Gods, and all their molten Images.

b I am the Lord, faith God, that is my Name; my Glory will I not give unto another, neither my Praife to graven Images.

• Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy Name give Glory; for thy Mercy and for thy Truth's fake.

P Stand up and blefs the Lord your God, who is worthy to be praised.

4 Give Glory to the Lord your God, before he caufe Darkness, and before your Feet stumble upon the dark Mountains; and while ye look for Light, he turn it into the Shadow of Death.

Be ye thankful unto God, and blefs his Name; giving Thanks always for all Things unto God and the Father, in the Name of our Lord Jefus Christ.

In every Thing give Thanks; for this is the Will of God in Chrift Jefus concerning_you. By him therefore let us offer the Sacrifice of Praise continually, that is, the Fruit of our Lips, giving Thanks to his Name.

Thanks be unto God for his unfpeakable Gifts; for all Things are for our Sakes, that the abundant Grace might through the Thanksgiving of many redound to the Glory of God.

" Bleffed be the God and Father of our Lord Jefus Chrift, who hath bleffed us with all spiritual Bleffings in Chrift.

Every Creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with Thanksgiving: For it is fanctified by the Word of God and Prayer.

* He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God Thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God Thanks. Whether therefore ye eat or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the Glory of God.

y When thou haft eaten and art full, then thou fhalt blefs the Lord thy God for the good Land which he hath given thee; and ferve him with Joyfulnefs and with Gladnefs of Heart, for the Abundance of all Things.

2 We ought to give Thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be Partakers of the Inheritance of the Saints in Light: Thanking God, through Jefus Christ our Lord.

a We are bound likewife to thank God always for our Brethren, because that their Faith groweth, and their Charity towards each other aboundeth.

b It is a good Thing to give Thanks unto the Lord, and to fing Praifes unto thy Name, O most High; to fhew forth thy Loving-kindnefs in the Morning, and thy Faithfulness every Night.

c

I will praise the Name of God with a Song, and will magnify him with Thanksgiving: For this fhall please the Lord better than an Ox or Bullock, that hath Horns and Hoofs.

d Sing unto the Lord, O ye Saints of his, and give Thanks at the Remembrance of his Holinefs; for Praife is comely for the Upright. Praife
