The waters; statt'ring seeds of light, & sure To find it's harvest, "after many days. It is a gem, whose purest lustre shines In the mild radiancy of Xtian loves

rays can penetrate the loveliest heart. Leading it on to feed on thoughts that probe Into the hidden cose. Thoughts most devout In every haze we meet, the lowly, mind To cheer, The mourner soothe teaching all hear To rest in thankfulness. Mork well its strains They are the breathings, of a soul attun'd To high & heavenly contemplation Where Faith, the in most spirit hath imbu'd

That every thought, is harmonized to peace = A sympating, do perfect in the grief : . The feelings, & the weakness of our vexits We see ourselves unveil é, & while we traces

The souvee - we learn the balm for all out 1202, Tressure of pictu- so long desired! I'll keep thee, as a mine of comfort hour For daily use. And while "the "Xtion Year" Speeds its revolving course, Thy answering steps Thall bis me pause, in pious gratitude

Pure Fount of light, whence all thy beauties

flow.
